Who We Are
BOTHANDS is a Flagstaff-based non-profit agency focused on helping residents access safe, decent and affordable housing with an opportunity for upward mobility. We offer many services:
- First-time home buyer education and counseling
- Down payment assistance
- Foreclosure mitigation counseling
- Operation of Sharon Manor
- Transitional Housing Complex
- Development of new affordable homes
- Acquisition and rehabilitaion of homes for affordable sale
From homelessness to home ownership - we have programs for all levels of housing needs.
Current Projects and Homes For Sale
BOTHANDS helps increase the supply of safe, decent and affordable housing in the Flagstaff area through ongoing construction projects. Currently we are working on rehabilitation of homes at 2517 N. First St and 2902 N. Steve's Blvd. We are also working on a home on Moonbean Road in Doney Park in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Continue reading about these and other projects here ->
Volunteers Needed!
