Your $35 registration fee includes a t-shirt that, if you wear it around town after the race, will earn you discounts with local merchants. Registering is easy--just click the "Register" link and you will be directed to our online registration form--and we encourage you to gather your friends and family members to form a team of five people or more!

We'd like to invite you to attend one of our Joining Hands Presentations, an hour-long tour and presentation to learn what it is we do here at BOTHANDS. Presentations are held at our office, located at 2304 N. Third, in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Flagstaff. Please contact Cheryl at (928) 214-7456 or cblume@bothands.org to let us know that you would like to attend.

Upcoming Joining Hands: Scheduled at your convenience - give us a call!

Annual Fundraising Breakfast:

At our Annual Fundraising Breakfast, we share stories of success and discuss our challenges with donors of all levels. The Breakfast has become famous for our display of "paper people" around the room. Each paper cut our represents one person who received the benefit of BOTHANDS services - at the 2010 event 3,668 colorful paper cut outs surrounded us.

We would like to thank members of our Dream Builders Society who have committed to supporting our organization with a minimum of $1,000 each year for five years. We could not do our work without their support. We would also like to thank our Table Captains, these wonderful people helped fill the room and ensure that community members were there to hear our story.

Report to The Community:

Normally held about once a year, our Report to the Community is our opportinuty to get together stakeholders in BOTHANDS and key players in Flagstaff to discuss challenges, successes and opportunities for housing in our community. We also use this event to present our Building Dreams Award to a community member who has done exceptional work for homeownership or domestic violence awareness in Flagstaff.

Sharon Manor Events

Sharon Manor Graduation:

Completion of the Sharon Manor Program is a major accomplishment and we like to celebrate in a big way! Special thanks to Soroptimist International and Alpine Auxilliary for helping support the 2011 Graduation Celebration. Congratulations to our eight wonderful graduates!

Sharon Manor Holiday Party:

Moms and children at Sharon Manor celebrated the season with a joyous holiday party. Santa made a surprise visit at the party and handed out presents to each child and mother at the facility. Volunteers from Malpais Kiwanis were on hand to help serve dinner. The event was a tremendous success and was made possible thanks to support from Malpais Kiwanis, Soroptomist International Mountain Morning and individual donors.

Sharon Manor Thanksgiving:

At Sharon Manor, Thanksgiving is a special time to not only give thanks for family and friends, but to celebrate accomplishments from the past year. Residents at Sharon Manor gathered this past November to have a Thanksgiving dinner celebration together. This event was made possible thanks to support from the Flagstaff Family Food Center, Salvation Army and individual donors.
